Director
Barry has been in property for over 20 years and have extensive knowledge of both the residential and commercial market.

Director
Ian has worked in the property industry for over 10 years in both residential and commercial property.

Stewart Margolis
Director
Stewart Margolis brings over three decades of experience to SWM . He was the Property Director for the Business Design Centre Group, overseeing and managing a £150m portfolio, working with leading brands in the design and architectural world. Stewart, also set up and managed the BDC’s service office platform and was on the Board of Directors of the BCA. In 2017 Stewart joined the boutique commercial agency Copping Joyce, heading up their Agency and Development Departments. In 2020, Stewart set up his own company, working alongside developers, funds, property companies, family office, landlords, bespoke clients and specializing in creating retail / leisure destinations and improving the offer to both local communities, visitors, tenants and landlords.
